"301" SMD part identification SOT23, not able to found it

Hi,

I'm trying to repair an HF low noise amplifier and I can't find what is the first stage component.
been looking everywhere for a few days but really stuck

The only 301 reference I can find is FDV301N, but that doesn't make sense as it should be a JFET or similar

LNA input impedance is given at 54K Ohms // 12 pF
So the input Fet should be well below 10pF

PIN1 is the Gate , Pin 2 Drain, Pin 3 Source

I would have bet on the usual J310 or BF862 as a first stage but the pinout is not compatible as the gate is on 3.
closer stuff i could find are LSBF510

Did I misread the marking ?
I looked up also ".3" but without success.

Any help really welcome
