Also i want to do using a single pin from the microcontroller ic. I have attached the circuit as per my opinion. I am new to this 3 phase motor control and all. Please tell me whether this circuit is correct or not? Also Please give your suggestion for the same. Thanks, Murugesh

The present circuit will end up in a nice explosion.

Resistors should be corrected respectively.
