hi.
I have 3 Push-button with relay output and I need to make it so when you click 1 button, the 2 buttons turned off, and same when i click the 2nd button and the 3rd.. so there is always 1 output. now this is supposd to be for an oven (industial oven) and I can't really put any PLC or chip because there was PLC there and the plastic of the plc just melted. there is high heat there and I need something that will last alot of time, that can handle alot of heat, and will never fail.
so thats basically what I need. 3 buttons only 1 output at the time, industial, can handle high temp, and never never fail.

In such a harsh environment, where even the plastic enclosure of a PLC melts, an electronic solution is probably not the best choice. If I were you, I'd look for a purely mechanical solution (i.e. combination of mechanical switches).

A block diagram and layout is needed with functions , required environmental control defined and other requirements.

Otherwise false assumptions are likely to occur.

I.e. a simple design spec.
