Assume 80~90% efficiency unless extra effort, cost in selection of DC-DC design.
Assume input power = 60W @3.3V means 18.2A average and surge may be much higher if non R load, also in startup unless soft start design added.
3.3V/18.2A = 181 mOhms and that means supply impedance needs to be < few milliOHms inluding ESR of Cap and FET switches
This means higher cost components.
Expect, off the shelf unit DC-DC to be $1~2/W unless economy of scale with other common commercial designs, if any. (?)
