2sa2037 & 2sc5694 replacments

I'm havig trouble in finding these two transistors and I would appreciate if someone can suggest replacements.

Basics are:
Vceo: 50V
Ic: 7A
Gain-Bandwidth Product: (290)330 MHz
Transistors are from epson printer. They are used for amplifying signal that drives priter head.

You may try BD131(NPN) and BD132(PNP) ..

Other options such as D44H10/D45H11 are not available in TO126 but TO220 ..
