I am designing the USB2.0 PHY , BUt I have not ideal on the test,
I am worrying about the test bench.
who can help me?

I design the IC or ASIC, 0.18um tech.

Yes, i am looking for the test about the layout netlist, it include the w/l information.
by the way , which simulator is the better for the mix simulation?

I suggest you use hspice2003 and nanosim to do this work

what information is included in the .Spi file?
Is it the necessary? Why is it different with one that I extract from GDSII file?
what thing can it do?
