1M Motorised Potentiometer

I need a 1M Motorised Potentiometer for a project I'm working on. I can't seem to find anyone online selling them and I'm starting to think people do not make them.

Dose anyone know where I can buy some?

or

Dose anyone know how I could somehow convert a 10k, 50k, 100k, into a 1M?
