Does p1dB point of Amplifier changes by changing the gain of Amplifier(The gain of Amplifier can be changed by varying Gate Voltage)?

This is not mandatory, but from physical point of view, similar devices with higher gain have lower P1dB point compared with lower gain counterparts.

No.. \[ P_{1dB} \] Point is a metric of Non-linearity so decreasing the Gain will not effect this point. But adjusting \[V_{GS}\] will also change the Operating Point so Non-Linearity of the active device. In general, max. \[ P_{1dB} \] is obtained at one single OP below and above this point Non-Lineairty is highly effected and worsen in aspect of non-linearity.

I didn't say the SAME device with different gains, I mean SIMILAR devices with different gains will have different P1dB points (usually the higher gain device will have lower P1dB).
For example BFP740 transistor have a gain of about 28dB and P1dB of 6dBm, and a similar BFP540 transistor have a gain of about 18dB and P1dB of 11dBm.
