18F97J60 with SD card reading via ethernet

Hi there,
I use 18F97J60 with SD card like data logger. I read and count 3 inductive sensors and save counting on SD card,
I need to read SD card files via Ethernet,
can somebody share with me some experiences, links, or examples with this topic,

It might be done with TFTP protocol if you need file transfer. Otherwise, you can read SD card data, pack it into ethernet packet and send it to destination ...
