Dear Friends,
I am designing a current mirror circuit using NG spice in 180nm technology. For starting the design what values should i choose for the overdrive voltages for nmos and pmos? Is it given in the parameter list from MOSIS? I am attaching the circuit of the current mirror. The circuit is Fig 3. Screenshot.png

Overdrive voltage VOD = VGS-VTH . Normally you get the VTH from the device model specs. Normally for hand calculation you can assume 200mV of VOD. The purpose of VOD is to calculate the conditions of a circuit that needs to be sufficiently 'ON' rather than being close to subthreshold region. If you have simulation tools you could simulate it as well.

In the current mirror I cant gather where are you trying to use this assumption?
