12v 1amp smps pmw replacement?

I have an smps adapter of 12v 1a with a fault ic of constant current voltage smps (6 pin smd IC). how to make it work again by modifying the circuit without ic .smd removed in the figure. it looks like ap4313.

Before replacing the IC, check the other components and ensure that they're okay.
Check the capacitance and, if possible, ESR of the capacitors.
Check the diodes.
Check the inductor(s) and the transformer.

Replace any damaged component.

Then get a new AP4313 and replace the IC.
