12f675 - code to initialize internal clock

im not able to initialize the internal clock and hence no operations...
im using hi tech c compiler and writing the code in c.....
if anyone has a code plzz post it

That isn't a code problem, that's a fuse problem. Make sure you are setting the INTOSC fuse for the oscillator type. Oh, and don't forget to decouple your chip with a small ceramic capacitor placed close to the power pins.
