127/220Vac automatic switch

I need a switch that installed before my PC's PSU detects mains voltage and automatically adjust PC's PSU voltage selector to 127Vac or 220Vac. This must be an automatic operation.

You can use only the control part of it, the whole lot, or just the idea, depending on the application ..
Whichever way you go, it's a good starting point ..
