i want to design 10GHz LNA....my problem is i don't what the first step i need to do or i need to know...please help me...

you must see some examples on microwave transistor amplifiers design and analysis,Gonzalez
but first you must check your transistor is stable or not then matching
 

thanks...i have found that book from my library...i will try to learn first from there...thank you for helping me...=)
 

may i replace FET component with JFET component during simulation at ADS?
