I need the MBF200 fingerprint scanner chip for my project but I cannot find where to buy it.

I only need one piece for my project but I am willing to buy upto three.

If anyone can tell me where I can buy it (online) I will donate him 100 points.

Also please tell me the current market price of the chip.

The original question was where to buy a " MBF200 fingerprint scanner chip " not how to buy a $$$$ biometric fingerprint terminal.

The USB fingerprint reader (not chip) is made by Fujitsu

Sadly if you don't know where to buy the chip, it's unlikely you'll ever figure out how to interface it. Most biometric stuff will have uber expensive development tools to go with them.

please check out the data sheet of the mbf200 it is very detailed and gives complete information about how to program the sensor.
 

try global spec.com for the same and u will get it.
 

i had buy it in singapore it's only $50,
 

any1 cud temme if d sensor cud be found in India ... Fujitsu.. dosent seem to have dat sample in India
