27mhz antenna

Hi, everyone, I am wondering whether there exists a loop or spiral antenna resonant at 27 MHz with dimension 10cm? I knew that the antenna size should be scaled with wavelength, so I doubt that are there any type of antenna can be miniatured with 1/100 wavelength?

These are not market commercially since their radiation efficiency would be so low that you could only communicate a short distance like 100 feet or less.
