hi all,
is there any concern i should know of if i were to plate my pcb board with 1/2 oz copper . the outer layer thickness of the copper foil is 2 oz, that makes 2 1/2 oz all together. the circuit is high current up to 10A. the vendor is having a problem to control the plating process if i were to plate to 1 oz on the 2oz copper. so i need to reduce the plating to 1/2 oz.

thanks
