+/0/- linear regulator blown up?

Hi,

Today I was running a "split" linear regulator. +24v-0v-minus24v
It has diodes at the outputs, but I forgot and put 470Uf caps at each rail pos and neg. (downstream of the diodes)
Now the output is 24V-0V-Minus 23.6v….ie not tracking each other any more.

Do you think I may have blown up one of the parallel regulator fets in one of the rails?, because the voltages were tracking before.
