Hello can anyone help in PSPSICE software. I am using PSPICE ORCAD 10.0 VERSION I want to simulate a filter circuit using 0.35um technology. What level do I have to use for ORCAD 10.0 PSPICE software. I am using level 3 but I could not get the accurate results.
In some forums its mentioned that use level 7 what do I ahve to do?

Thanx for ur reply. But in this page level 49 is mentioned. Do i have to change level 49 to 7? I am only copy pasting the model parameters only not the whole like temperature etc? Do I hv to copy paste from start to end in model editor of PSPICE

Try SPICE Level 8 models , which I pointed to in this post, in this thread of yours.

To 8. It is level 49 for HSPICE, ELDO & SPECTRE. For SPICE 3f5, UTMOST and PSPICE it is level 8. Change it.

I think so, I've never worked with PSPICE myself. Just try it. If PSPICE doesn't know some parameters, it will tell it with a warning - just ignore it.

Noticed that you are using ORCAD 10.0 version, which is too old. I don't think level 8 would work with that.
You should be using newer version of orcad.

thanx mvaseem. now i am using orcad 15.6. but still i am not getting the results. In some research article it has been mentioned that they have used level 3. plz help me what to do now
