what is difference between 3g and wimax

Hi everyone,
can you help me to show what is the differeces between (GSM & CDMA) and (3G & WiMax)? your answers are highly appreciate.
thanks

GSM and CDMA Both uses different Multiple Access Techniques Like GSM uses FDMA & CDMA to identify users and CDMA uses Code Divsion Multiple Access to diferentiate uses . Each has its own advantages .

Reagrding 3G Vs WiMAX , WIMAX is itself 3G technology uses OFDM technique ,other 3G technologies are CDMA2000 & WCDMA

I hope it has clear your mind

Good Luck
