Simple DPSK Circuit using XOR and D Flip Flop?

dpsk circuit

Can someone tell me how i can construct a simple DPSK circuit using only one XOR gate and one D Flip Flop and a couple of resistors and capacitors? Thought i could do the DPSK with only the above mentioned parts but i'm unable to design the circuit. Can someone please help me? I'm assuming that the input pulse frequency to the XOR gate is around 2kHz. Please help...

Would you settle for doing it with a J-K Flip-Flop and an XOR? That's easy.
 

dpsk circuit

Heard that using the D FF is much easier. May be i heard it wrong. Can you please tell me how i can do it using the JK FF? Please help...
