Hello,
I am measuring fully differential CMOS OPAMP for switched capacitor applications.
There are many books (Gray/Meyer, Allen etc) on single ended opamps and their respective testbenches for Gain Margin, Phase Margin, UGBW, Slew Rate, Settling time, PSRR, Adm/Acm, etc, but not many resources, that I know of, about fully differential opamp testbenches for measuring these specifications.
Does anyone know of any resources, books, sites, or any other resources that can be used to measure these specifications say in Cadence for fully differential opamps, for switched capacitor applications ?
