External EEPROM Not working fine

This is my external EEPROM circuit.Some times while reading the data the values are changed from written value.
How to solve this solve this..Is the pull resistor value is correct or have to change the value..?
 

Schematic looks ok. Will work with any resistor value from 1k to 10k. Please, show your code then.

Usually EAGLE automatically places junction dots to show which signal crossings are connected.

I wonder how you made the schematic without the junctions.
Please add the junctions so we can better verify your schematic.

Show your software.
Show the expected and the wrongly read values.
Show a scope picture with SCL and SDA of a write cycle. And the same for a read cycle.
