Of course you can.

Art-2003 you need just to put main firmware of PICKit2 Clone into PIC18F2550, after that when you make PICKit2, you can program lots of uC.

I'm very satisfy how PICKit 2 Clone works, of course I didnt try to program all µC from supported list, but I succesfully program lots of µC without any problem or any error. :smile:

You can memorize firmware in EEPROMs and later you can program some uC somewhere outside without PCs even on batteries. Programming is done via one button and status and progress of programming process is presented on LEDs. Of course this version of PICKit 2 Clone can be used also on PC, like standard PICKit 2 Clone programmer.

you need to take is programmer for pic. there is also software for that.
it can easily ready by our selves.
