VPCM is a software provided by C@dence. However, it is available in mmsim7.1. This software is unavailable after mmsim 7.2 or higher.

Not correct. Currently it is not called as VPCM(Virtuoso Passive Component Modeler).
Current correct name is VPCD(Virtuoso Passive Component Designer).

Always describe correct name without using any abbreviation.

Add a layer for identification of inductor, then add rule file for Mentor Calibre.

"Transformer" is a "coupling inductors".

If you use Cadence Assura, no additional work is required for LVS.
