VMIBUS to PCI card, PGM PCI expand card

We have an old GC-MS analytical instrument controles with a PC computer. Its manual shows two cards inside the PC are "VMIBUS to PCI card" and "PGM PCI expand card". I haven't heard about these cards and couldn't find much info googling. Any information about these cards and where to buy theme or can they be replaced by any card in the market?
