If your company is looking for some help in FPGA or board design and need sometime with short availability notice, then send me a message.

I have over 20 years of experience in electronic design in Sweden, US, Ireland and France in various industries such as industrial control (ABB), Wireless (Ericsson), Robotis (TRIAB), Telecom (Tellabs and Texas Instrument), ASIC front end, high speed FPGA design as well as low-level programming for many processors/microcontrollers.

i have a little problem with the connectors of spartan 3-E starter kit

the connector with the cable had 2 small flexible pin type structures but 1 of them broke into 2 pieces

can it still be used or soldered? what to do about it?
 

just for advice cause u got that much experience
 

Yeah, but this is not a place for advice, there are proper location for this not here.
