3 volt PIC possible ??

ASA 2 ALL folks

i need pic microcontrollers with 3 operating voltage please help me how is it possible ???

Re: 3 volt PIC possible ??

All most every PIC have Low voltage versions... it will work from 2V..

Ex : PIC16LF628A

Re: 3 volt PIC possible ??

Most PICs operate with any (regulated) voltage between 2 and 5.5V.

3 volt PIC possible ??

is also with 18f452 ???

Re: 3 volt PIC possible ??

If you have a look at the datasheet of the PIC18F452 (which is now replaced with PIC18F4520)
-> **broken link removed**
page 1: Wide operating voltage range (2.0V to 5.5V)

do i need regulator if i am using battery for operating voltage and battery voltage lies between
(2.0V to 5.5V) range ??

Not needed unless you are not using any charging circuit to charge the battery
