targetting VHDL design on RC200??

Hello guys,
I have a VHDL design and have to target it onto an FPGA on the Celoxica RC200 board. The design has an input of 32-bit, two 1-bit. How could i provide the data input for the design. Can it be done through PC? please help me in this matter.
