Problem with HFSS- error such as error server, out of memory

Hi my friends,
I'm trying to simulated one UWB antenna with HFSS, I used Discrete Mode for simulating, but I have alot of error, and simulation was not finish, have error such as error server, out of memory, how I can slove it?

I've been using HFSS version 11.x.x (I think it is 11.1.3 now) and have had issues with memory while running Windows XP, 32-bit (with 3.5G of ram). It seems that this version of windows only allows so much memory (approximately 3.5 GBytes only if you set a switch in an ini file). With this setup I had to make sure I didn't use more than 100k ~ 150k tetrahedra.

The solution for us was to buy a workstation running under Windows XP 64-bit with 64Gbytes of ram.
