What are you trying to verify? Are you trying to write a test that will be used to verify the memory itself (the actual hardware) or are you trying to write a test to verify your logic (address decoding?)?
Are you trying to verify SRAM or DRAM? A little more info would be helpful.
Plus, if you do a google search on memory testing you'll find that there are many papers and books that have been written on the subject.
I am trying to verify the memory addressing and not the memory hardware.
Just wanted to use a verilog command (if exist) for that.
