Problem in device list of ISE 10.1

ise 10.1 device support

Hi everybody

I've installed all componnents (such as Vitex-4 family) of ISE 10.1 on my computer , but i can't find some devices of Virtex-4 family in the device list (such as XC4VSX35 and so on) while creating a new project.
Dose ISE 10.1 support XC4VSX35 at all?
if yes , please tell me how i can add this device to ISE 10.1?

xc4vsx35 ise 10.1 support

You probably installed the free ISE WebPACK version. It doesn't support the larger FPGAs:

The full ISE Foundation costs about $2500 US:

I've seen a $600 price for university students, but it probably doesn't include full customer support.
