solid state power amplifier

Hello.

I need help or some orientation with the simulation of a PA, I have design the input and output matching stages, but a I've found some difficulties when i'm going to simulate it.

First at all the characterisitics of the PA are:

Output power: 1kW:
VCC supply: 300V:
Frequency Operation: 50Mhz
Topology: Push Pull, handling two parallel transistor per 180° outphase.
Transistor: Vertical DMOS, ARF446-447 of MICROSEMI.

I'm going to use the AWR Microwave Office for the simulation.

The problems that i found are:
I don't know how to simulate the transformer, 4:1 and 1:4 transformer.
I only found the spice model of the transistor and i don't know how to use it with the AWR, if make a netlist or make and schematic.
and how to obtain the zin zout of the transistor for a better simulation of the input and output matching stages.

Waiting for your help

David.
