Dear all,

Here is my specification.

Vdd: 1.8v±10%

Process: TSMC 0.18µm

Open loop gain: 70~80dB

UGBW: 600MHz

PM: 50 ~ 55°

CL: 3.5pF for each output

Output Swing: Input CM±0.4v

ICMR: Input CM±0.5v

What kind of circuit can achieve my specification?
 

fully-differential folded-cascode opamp with gain-boost
 

I met the same specs with telescopic with gain boosting. Gain boosted amp were folded though
