dear friends,
I'm designing a LNA for my wi-fi mixer and simulating it using Hspice, I'm using MOSIS 035 tsmc tech file; but the problem is I dont know how to model a inductor of Q = 6, L = 0.5nH, ωT = 1.6 GHz; and which parameters I need from that model file and how to use in calculation, I'm a new member so dont have enough points to download materials if you have any information regarding this kindly forward me to "sarkar1983(at)gmail.com". Thanx in advance.
regards

(replace * with t).

If it is too complicated come back.
