you are running around with lot of dissimilar doubts.
why dont you check it up in google for instant answers.

I2C " I TWO C" is a serial communication protocol there are some IC's working with this protocol as 24xx

I2C is communication interface invented by Phillip and used usually to interface between integrated circuits in a board.
