you may try to browse into the catalogs of Allen-Bradley, Honeywell, Seimens and other automation companies. Also, you may look into other custom built motor drives. You could always search the internet for the manufacturers.
Please give a bit more detail. Will it be 4 quadrant drive? Or will it rotate only in single direction? Are you looking for a single module? (I think at that rating it will be difficult to find a proper or cost effective one) or will it be modular? What will be the supply voltage?
