Hi,
let me know the what types of issues varied in VDSM.I mean if we are going from 0.18u to 0.13u,0.13u to 0.09u,0.09u to 0.65u in these case what types of issues increased and what types of issues are varied.Please let me know anybody.

Signal-integrity, noise, process variation, over-the-cell routing and metal migration.....

MAIN thing is size is shrinking n component delay is less than net delay ..due to THIS reason .. may issues r coming up!!
