max safe voltage for the 3.3V devices

anyone knows the max safe voltage for the 3.3V devices in 0.18um Technology tsmc?

I would suggest that do not go beyond 3.3V across any 2 terminals in any condition
 

estimations from my friend (also you can try that from TSMC's web):
with Gate Oxide thickness=70A, the safe voltage(reliability > 10 years)
Vds of NMOS is 3.81V with channel length > 0.57um
Vds of PMOS is 4.43V with channel length > 1.07um.
