How to recover the grub without formatting one (Linux) partition?

my system was double boot. one was XP and other Linux.
then i formated XP and re-installed it , but i lost grub.
Now i can recover my grub with out formatting the linux partition????

During re-installation your MBR (Master Boot Record) got corrupted...

Please check this article at Redhat to restore GRUB
