when I import the cadecne instance to ads ,and netlist the cadence equivelent circuit, press f7 ,and this message turned out .xxxschematic. mo is an instance of an undefined model n3p3fets, I use jazz sbc18pt ....
 

ok,it seems rfic guy tend to use goldgate or pss,
but I will continue~

the previous problem is solved ,all I need is a ads model file,anyone have idea about turning spetre model into ads model,the jazz18 rf designkit offer both surport for spectre and ads,but the inductor model don't match and especially it have some bug under ads....................
 

I am using rfde. If you set rfde Spectre Compatibility, you can use cadence PDK directly with spectre model files.
