Help me fix a Spectremdl internal error

Internal error found in spectre at freq=0 Hz during stb analysis 'stb_tt-000_stb_tt',during task 'MDLControl'.


Does anyone meet this problem before?
How to deal with it?
Is there anyone using Spectremdl to simulate the circuits?
