CSS PIC is an ANSI C compiler? If so, can I compile a program which written with other compilers (like Microchip C18 or HITECH) in CSS?

If not, why? what is the differences between an ANSI C compiler and CSS C compiler?

How can I say that "this compiler is ANSI C or not"?
