I Need Links on RADIX-3 FFT,SPLIT RADIX FFT ALGORITHM and their implementation.
Why we need Split Radix and Radix -3 ??

There is very good book on FFT of any size
Blahut R. Fast algorithms of DSP.
you can find FFT3 algorithm there

Original paper on Split radix FFT is
P. Duhamel and H. Hollmann, "Split-radix FFT algorithm," Electron. Lett. 20 (1), 14–16 (1984).
