Give some guides for designing AD module

I have to design a AD module with the channel-gain scan memory. The channel-gain scan memory let me sample channels in any order , at high speeds , with a different gain on each channel . Also it should contain a digital output control.

Which IC is a good choice ? Whould anyone tell me ?
