is camera(input) to the computer and use software to program to process wat then sent it to the TV(output).
i'm onli wan to noe hw the computer process for the imaGE processing

Actually what you want to know about? I notice you have posted several posts on this question, but you didn't make your question clearer. Please state clearly what do you want to know.

Image processing is knowledge how to process the digital image. We input the digital photo inside the computer, using software such as MATLAB, do processing such as enhancement, binarisation, edge detection, compression, etc, then output as digital photo as well. In matlab, image is processed on the pixel level.
