i measure Noise figure by the traditional way of PSS and Pnoise
please, which i measure SSB NF or Double Side Band NF

i am not expert in cadence but i think this setupp compute both

ssb +nf

you have the option to plot both

If you are designing a direct down-conversion mixer, use the dsb nf
for an IF mixer, you have to use the ssb nf
