Why CMOS LNA is good as BJT LNA @ 2.4GHz

Because the inherent noise 4kTgm is higher than 2KTgm.
But why the performance of cmos lna is also good?
 

yeah , the performance of the CMOS LNA is good also in 2.4 GHz , but it isn't better
u can get moderate gain , and reasonable NF with CMOS
