I can't use Cadence IC5141 user3 simulating the bipolar!!

When i use the spectre simulating the bipolar circuit ,the analog design enviroment canwork . And the result shows that the V of the bjt (b,c,e) is zero??
I check the model and the circuit ,they can work in other station ,who can help me ??

Maybe the problem of envirment variable . I met similar problem before , I wrote Analog_Mode to Analog_Node.
