how i measure the phase..plz show me schematic
 

HELP

If you mean in laboratory, using a device called phase detector, or a voltage multiplier like mc1495 and configuring it as a phase detector.

If you mean thorugh a Osciloscope, for a periodic signal, the total period is 360°.
Compare the begining of the second signal respect the first and you can calculate the phase.
